Roman shades and a turkey

Want to see my Roman Shades?
I know.
I’m hideous.
A scaredy cat.
A terrible housekeeper.
My men of the house propped their guns there on a shooting break………..
Sorry for the violent portrayal of my Roman Shades.
By the way……that is the thermal lining fabric in the blue wrapper.
Isn’t it pretty?
I bought 5 million yards because it was cheaper.
Wasn’t that smart?
I will be making thermal dresses, thermal blankets, thermal picnic blankets……..yes….it was more than I expected.
Wanna see a turkey?
In the south “fried turkeys” are a favorite.
But not for our arteries.
This is a “fried” turkey without the oil.
This is a “Charbroil” oil-less turkey fryer.
It cooks it with infrared heat…..
Like a roaster.
See…..I didn’t lie.
No oil.
This reminds me of the gynecologist…….or the dentist?
I can’t ever figure out which end is what.
So…….I’m sorry if this is an offensive picture but look at that skin!
Here is the mouth….errrr…..the neck…..ummmmmm…..the hiney????
Anyways…..look at that skin!
Turkey is moist and delicious and seasoned throughout.
I hope that distracted you guys from where my Roman Shades stand.
I’m working up the courage.
I’m just eating my way into three sizes larger while doing it.
